  6. To ensure delivery of material from port/ suppliers premises to the warehouse.

Executive – Documentation – (Imports)

Job Description: Candidate should be graduate with minimum 2-3 years of experience in online filing, documentation and well versed in MS office

EXECUTIVE – TRANSPORT

Job Description: Candidate should have minimum 3 – 8 years’ experience in Transport Field preferably in Trailers. Should have knowledge in Market pricing, Vehicle Maintenance & Fuel Efficiency, Insurance etc.

To generate profitable business as per the guidelines and targets given by the management within the deadlines. Work with sincerity, integrity and loyalty within the framework of the company.

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 3+years of professional experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:-

    • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
    • Working knowledge of MS OFFICE (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet operations.
    • Customer Handling Skills.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITY:

    1. Agent database India and International state/city, country wise to be updated on a weekly basis, priority /recommend to work.
    1. In case of any problem with the agents has to be informed to all by blacklisting them.
    1. Should be in a position to advise about the agents to any of the staff whenever it is asked to them.
    1. Should reply or acknowledge each and every quotation to be given within the same day if the enquiry comes in the first half , any inquiries received in the second half of the day quotations to be sent immediately or first half of the next day. Each and every enquiry
      has to be treated with equal importance.
    1. All the enquiries to be recorded in the statement on daily basis.
    1. Put all efforts to close the enquiries.
    1. Need to keep the rates ready from Indian Locations to Worldwide on monthly basis inorder to quote the agents/clients on time.
    1. Once the shipment is confirmed handover to respective departments to handle, i.e either exports or imports team.
    1. Sending leads to agents to meet and close the business.
  1. Maintain the below statements :
    • Everyday/ daily enquiries.
    • Statement of the business done with agents invoices wise with details of the all invoices with the amount and due date mentioned (format to create).
    • Make a file of the all the invoices with approvals taken from MD and forward to accounts with acknowledgment to make the payments with a deadline on time and keep the copy for record purpose.
    • Confirmed shipments are given to agents and with invoice record.
    • Enquiries received from Admiral staff and status of it on a daily basis.
    • Overall performance with margins.
    • Endorsement /freehand shipments. Work towards the target fixed by the management.
